Brand Strategy & Content Creation
- Work with the founder to plan and develop a comprehensive social media content calendar ensuring it aligns with overall marketing and communication goals.
- Craft compelling and authentic brand stories that emphasize the sustainable aspect of the activewear, while incorporating styling inspiration and product education in an entertaining manner.
- Create original, engaging, and visually appealing content for Instagram and TikTok platforms, ensuring it reflects the terrae's values and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, popular culture, and social media best practices to infuse relevant and entertaining elements into content creation.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across social media platforms.
- Oversight and management of captions and social media copy, ensuring brand voice and marketing objectives are captured.
- Keep a pulse on the target audience's interests and preferences, ensuring terrae remains relevant and relatable in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
- Manage and maintain the brand's presence on Instagram and TikTok, including daily posting, engagement, and responding to comments and direct messages.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging features, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Influencer & Community Collaboration
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Foster relationships with the brand's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- nitiate and execute collaborations and campaigns with influencers and community members to amplify brand reach and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or sustainability industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand tone and voice.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation/editing software.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Passion for sustainability, fashion, and social media, and a genuine interest in engaging with the target audience.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
